Your main responsibilities will be:

• Identify improvements to products and processes to protect people and save lives.
• Understanding customer expectations of products and services and driving improvements in quality performance to enhance customer experience.
• Manage customer quality concerns through established problem-solving methodologies in order to satisfy customers as well as drive product process improvement.
• Obtain organization-wide buy-in to use problem-solving tools (such as 8D, 5why, Ishikawa) in order to improve root cause analysis.

What you will need to succeed:

• You love data, creating, analysing and identifying when change is required.

• You are self-motivated and possess the ability to work with minimum supervision.
• A team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate persuasively with a wide variety of people.
• Ability to build strong internal cross-functional relationships and develop strategic external partnerships.
