We are looking for exceptional Mid-weight and Senior Designers to join our growing team of passionate creatives working on a wide range of creative projects for global brands and retailers. Due to a mix of exciting new clients and projects we have several types of role, from fixed-term contract to full time.

An in-depth knowledge of packaging design and delivery, as well as experience of brand evaluation & building are key to these roles.

We seek passionate, tenacious designers with a strong creative point of view, who are confident at presenting to clients and are used to working at speed across multiple projects simultaneously. You will be articulate, persuasive and a creative problem solver. It is essential that you have branding and packaging design experience and that you can demonstrate an awareness of key trends across food, health and beauty categories, for both brands and retail.

These are hands-on rolls, so the ability to clearly communicate your vision as well as having an expert knowledge of Adobe suite are essential. 

A strong understanding of both print and digital are required, as is your ability to work independently and as part of a team.

You will be able to work as part of a team, supporting other team members. Your mature approach to working collaboratively as well as individually is what makes you shine.

In addition to working on some of the agency’s larger clients, you will have responsibility for running smaller projects on a more independent basis (albeit liaising with the senior team), and working closely with your client’s account management team.
