Bedales Schools consists of three schools: Dunannie (3-8), Dunhurst (8-13) and Bedales (13-18).  The Director of Sport has oversight of sport across all three of the Bedales Schools with responsibility for the vision of Physical Education and developing sporting talent across the 3-18 age group within an innovative and supportive department.

Bedales School (13-18) is looking for an inspirational teacher of Physical Education & Sport.  In addition to high quality teaching across the three schools, the ideal candidate will be suitably qualified and experienced to teach a full range of sporting activities in a mixed and single sex groupings.

The Teacher of PE & Sport will need to be an infectiously enthusiastic individual, flexible in their delivery and able to manage change at short notice.  They will be able to adapt their approach to the needs of the group. Above all else they will ensure that in all aspects of their work, the needs of the children are the main consideration. You should also be keen to play a full and inclusive role in the life of our busy boarding community, and be able to contribute to the development of our innovative school.
