We are looking to appoint an exceptional Administrator to support a friendly team of social workers in a disability service working with young people aged between 0-25 years. You should be flexible, efficient and empathetic:
Key tasks/skills will include:
- Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets, workflows and developing reporting procedures, highlighting risks to the Head of Service.
- Minute taking of meetings relating to young people in 0-25 Service or an ability to type within a meeting
- Collating and co-ordinating documents for meetings
- Supporting a large but friendly team of Social Workers and Managers
- Resolving administrative problems by co-ordinating preparation of reports, analysing data and identifying solutions.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages particularly Excel
- Accountable for all administrative tasks to be completed accurately and on time
- Some understanding of Disabled Children's Team care packages would be an advantage (but not essential)
