Your main responsibilities will be:
- Customer issue management through close liaison
- Driving & facilitating problem-solving activities across the business (8D process)
- Driving customer Quality requirements throughout the Apollo business
- Managing internal initiatives to enhance product Quality & reliability levels
- Tracking KPI performance trends & initiating/driving corrective actions.
- Identify & drive lessons learned activities for process & product.
- Effectively run continuous improvement activities
