Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Customer issue management through close liaison
  • Driving & facilitating problem-solving activities across the business (8D process)
  • Driving customer Quality requirements throughout the Apollo business
  • Managing internal initiatives to enhance product Quality & reliability levels
  • Tracking KPI performance trends & initiating/driving corrective actions.
  • Identify & drive lessons learned activities for process & product.
  • Effectively run continuous improvement activities
