ABOUT US

THE ROLE

This role is to create and manage data selections consisting of email, mail, social or telephone for all parts of the Woodland Trust. The role will specifically target supporter groups identified by the internal stakeholder to ensure levels of income to and engagement with the Trust.

 

THE CANDIDATE

You will have experience of using the Faststats suite or similar campaign management systems and have the ability to create one-off campaigns and more complex supporter journeys. You will have exposure to data analysis and GDPR and be familiar with navigating CRM systems. You will have the ability to meet deadlines and actively control your case load. Previous experience with Excel is required.

You will be comfortable with presenting to and challenging stakeholders where required and have the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers. You will be experienced using Data Modelling Techniques and have a working knowledge of email platforms such as Dotdigital, Mail chimp etc.
