37.5 hours per week
The St. Mungo’s Brighton Street Outreach Service is looking to recruit a Casework & Data Intelligence Coordinator on a full-time, permanent basis.
In this crucial role the post holder will lead on the day-to-day operational running of the Street Outreach Service, supporting and managing staff in order to meet the service’s aims and objectives. You will ensure cases are effectively reviewed and progressed forward, intelligence is collated and resource is deployed. You will also be responsible for gathering and reviewing data on a quarterly basis to ensure the service is maximising its support options for people experiencing homelessness. While the focus of this role is to support the management of the service and team you may be required to carry a small client caseload.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in an outreach capacity and will be committed to our recovery ethos. We are looking for a highly motivated individual, who has experience working with either rough sleepers, hard to reach groups and/or those with multiple and complex needs. You will also have the ability to both lone and team work and to initiate and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, the community, the police and other external agencies. You should have experience of day-to-day management/supervision of staff or be able to demonstrate a willingness and capacity to develop management skills.
