Job Purpose

Working within the engineering team the successful candidate will oversee operation and perform administrative duties to maintain a smooth workflow. You will be the key point of contact for external contractors and will have the responsibility of ensuring all records are kept up to date. You will effectively and efficiently process in house and contractor work orders, plan and coordinate in house and contractor workload, collate paperwork, maintain the CMMS system and check worksheets and invoices.  The scope of the role will also include some selective material purchasing

What it takes

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has excellent communication and organisational skills, an outgoing and assertive manner and someone who can work both independently and also integrate as part of a wider team The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and strong multitasking capabilities.  Ideally have a background in an engineering or construction field, preferably with office experience and have a working knowledge of using Purchase Ordering and maintenance management software.  This role will require someone to have sound Microsoft Excel Skills.
