Office Manager and PA to Senior Leadership Team

We are seeking to appoint an Office Manager and PA to Senior Leadership Team to manage the Reception and Administrative Team, the Finance Officer, Reprographics Technician and Site Supervisor to ensure efficient, friendly, and customer-focussed administrative, reception and site service for the Academy. Ensuring that communication with internal and external partners and stakeholders is consistent and timely. Providing secretarial support to the Head of School and the Senior Leadership team and taking responsibility for all HR and pay matters at school level and managing the recruitment process of new staff.

You will have experience of working in a busy office, in a school environment would be advantageous, with previous PA experience or working at a higher administrative level to senior members of staff. With excellent communication skills and the desire to make a difference you will be joining an experienced team who are the first point of contact in our Academy.

The Farnborough Academy is a 11-16 Academy based in Clifton Nottingham and is part of Spencer Academies Trust

We are particularly proud of the dramatic improvement in GCSE results at Farnborough at August 2018. They were the best results the academy has ever had and confirm Farnborough is one of the most improved schools in Nottingham. This means more of our pupils than ever have been able to access college courses and apprenticeships at the highest level.
