RedEye is a Marketing Automation platform. We work with amazing B2C brands across retail, travel and financial services. 

The Solutions Consultant works in our Growth team alongside Sales, Marketing, Product Specialists and Integrations teams.

The primary function is helping the sales team close deals by providing technical knowledge and reassurance to prospects, ensuring prospects are a good fit and that they can provide the necessary data for the Marketing Automation solution.

Most prospects meet the criteria for a standard solution but on occasion custom solutions will need identifying, scoping and documenting for handover to Integrations and Engineering.

Good knowledge of modern technologies such as eCommerce platforms, CRM tools and API’s will help but any technical background will be beneficial

Key Skills:

  • You will combine technical knowledge with customer-facing skills to support our sales team in developing innovative and strategic solution implementation.
  • You will partner with Sales to understand the issues of our potential clients and seek to resolve and answer any technical or strategic questions they might have during the pre-sales process.
  • Work with Sales to grow their industry knowledge to allow them to take sales opportunities further themselves.
  • You will form a solid understanding of, and document, the work scope needed to deliver a solution.
  • You will translate customer pain points into solutions mapped against the RedEye data platform, implementing the platform to align with client’s strategic goals, while recommending best practice.
  • You will have an understanding and competency in emerging technologies.
  • You will build an understanding of key competitors and their technical set-up:
    • Utilising this knowledge within the sales process.
    • Feeding back into Product Marketing to support the development of the RedEye solution.
    • Building a suite of Sales collateral to support the end-to-end sales process.
  • You will be responsible for co-ordinating the development of technical documentation required throughout the sales process.

Desirable:

  • A background in Marketing Automation or CRM and/or technical implementation of Marketing Automation and/or CRM platforms is preferable.
  • An understanding of typical marketing technology stacks is essential, and how good implementation facilitates client success through targeted and personalised marketing communications.
  • Have worked with customer data and understand data structure and data transfer methods.
  • Be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • Be a good listener, able to respond to prospects needs
  • Be organised
  • Be able to work well under pressure
  • Be energetic and passionate about the industry
