Junior Sous Chef

Salary: Up to £29,820 per annum FTE (Subject to experience)
Apprenticeships: Development opportunities are available through Apprenticeship standards
Reporting To: Head Chef

Milton Keynes College Group are looking for a passionate and creative Junior Sous Chef to join and develop within our kitchen team. You will be competent at running your own section and running the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef while being able to understand and work within a busy service. You will relish the opportunity to learn from the Head Chef and be able to support those around you. You will work across multiple sites when required where we have working refectories and coffee shops for our students, staff, and visitors.

Working to deliver an excellent commercial function that serves a variety of customers both internal and external.

Bringing key industry experience, you will be able to inspire your teams and ensure an efficient, high quality catering provision. A great opportunity with freedom to be creative and innovative.
