We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to join our Marketing department.
The V&A’s Marketing Department is responsible for building the V&A brand and nurturing audience relationships across the UK and globally. With a fully integrated approach to all aspects of marketing, insight and audience engagement, the team leads the V&A’s high-profile cross-channel marketing campaigns and partnerships, as well as CRM, visitor acquisition and retention for the V&A’s family of sites. The Brand and Campaigns team delivers the V&A audience strategy through campaigns and brand activities to build reach, relationships and revenue.
This role develops and manages strategic marketing and communications projects for the V&A Families and Learning offer (online and in-person, including supporting the development of the new Museum of Childhood), exhibitions and other aspects of the public programme at V&A South Kensington.
