IN SHORT

As the Deputy Head, your role will be dynamic, varied and highly rewarding working with employers, students and curriculum teams. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Industry Placement and Work Experience provision. Working closely with your team and Head of Employer Engagement, you will look to develop a high-quality, innovate experience that meets the needs of employers and delivers high quality outcomes for students.

We are looking for someone with strong management skills and experience of working with employers. You will use your knowledge and skills to drive forward an innovative, successful provision. Your core knowledge of the needs of businesses will enhance the learning experience for students to ensure that they can progress into their chosen career. 

It is important that you can support and encourage your colleagues so the ability to people manage and act as direct support for the Head of Employer Engagement is essential. You will be a self-motivated individual eager to develop and take on further responsibility.
