As a Case Worker, you will provide specific mental health, housing and other related support to vulnerable, homeless adults in an accommodation setting in Bath. You will be supporting clients with their Mental Health issues during their stay, with focus on their recovery, client choice, rights and responsibilities as well as partnership working between client and staff member; in order to maximise the client’s individual potential.

To succeed, you will have an understanding of the needs and support requirements of people with mental health and other associated needs. You’ll also have the ability to establish an effective working relationship with these clients, be client centred and possess the skills to carry out comprehensive assessment and action planning. Having knowledge and understanding of the statutory, voluntary and consumer led services in Bath, is also required.

Please note that the pattern of work is based on shift rota hours, which will include working some evenings, nights and weekends.
