Position: TFG Concession Manager Reporting to: Concessions RO Manager and Lead RM Responsible for: All TFG Brands
JOB PURPOSE:
You will recruit, retain, motivate and develop your team to drive the success of your location. You will maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards and deliver outstanding customer service that provides a unique shopping experience to our customer. You will think of new and innovative solutions to driving sales and customer service levels. You will ensure the profitability of the location and deliver sales through effective management and development of people and communication with your team.

KEY MEASURES OF SUCCESS:
- To achieve all targets and objective focus through working as one team
- Identify and maximise sales and opportunity for the brands, working closely with the Lead RM and Concession RO Manager
- To drive profitability in all brands through effective and efficient management
- To ensure the highest standard of Customer Service is delivered to grow your business and sustain a successful results
- To effectively manage time and resources; delegating when necessary,planning for the short and long term
- To recruit, retain, motivate and develop your team to drive the success of all brands
- To take responsibility for co-ordinating a number of critical business duties within your site and utilise the support of others to achieve.
- To manage all Financial, Operational, Commercial and People development aspects of your site

- To have a one team mentality to work across all brands cross selling with the teams
- To ensure consistent Customer Service and VM standards in all brands within your market to maximise sales
- To continually measure levels of success and identify growth areas within the brands– improving brands performance
- To understand the impact of the marketplace on Brands performance, reviewing competitor activity
- To implement and drive local marketing initiatives to benefit each brand within the market
- Ensuring that all Company policies and procedures are met in all the brands across the site

- To create a positive culture of relationships, ensuring a high level of retention within the brands and strength across Host relations
- To identify, share and spread best practice throughout the business
- To support RO Manager & Regional Manager in growing the business by bringing new ideas and evidence of success to support further Brand focuses
Putting the Customer First
- To understand the customer and develop new initiatives to drive footfall, loyalty and engagement across your Brand
- To manage and coach your team in selling techniques and product knowledge
- To present the product to our customer, utilising the visual merchandising guidance, in order to maximise sales opportunities with effective use of space and stock availability
- To utilise all Selling opportunities through I pad, VIP engagement, Host led service opportunities and one to one approach
- To respond to business trends and external factors in turn maximising sales within the Brands
- To develop, manage and implement promotions across the Brands in order to drive sales and develop brand awareness
Team management
- To lead by example through regular communication and a hands on approach to your people and business
- To provide consistent support and direction to enhance the performance, skills and knowledge of your Management team
- To create a fun and energised working environment
- To continuously coach, develop and inspire the Management and teams within the concession
- To effectively delegate and empower the teams in all you do
- To manage Brand image by supporting the teams to reflect this at all times
- To effectively tackle poor performance should it arise
- To ensure succession planning and internal promotion within the Brands through consistently investing time in your people
Operations
- To take full profit and loss responsibility for the TFG Brands Concessions within the host store ensuring that budgets are and further growth opportunity in place
- To report back to the RO Manager and Regional Manager on the Brands performance on a daily and weekly basis
- To manage your relationship with your RO and lead manager
- To monitor and maintain the health and safety of your team, colleagues, customers and contractors in all stores
- To adhere to the company’s stock control procedures, supporting the 1% stock loss level across the market and protecting your profit at market level
- To analyse business performance; Identify action plans to develop commercial success of the brand, exceeding sales and profitability targets.
