Business Analyst – International Multi Site Hospitality Business

Founded over 20 years ago, Rhubarb Hospitality Collection create and deliver food and beverage experiences across an array of events and iconic locations in the UK, USA and Europe.

RHC are looking to recruit a Business Analyst who can bring their experience, composure and maturity to this pivotal position.

Reporting to our Management Accountant, your role will include data modelling; creating reports for our leadership team and in-depth analysis of our multi-faceted business operations. You'll be preparing management reports, undertaking regular cost of sales analysis and implementing and maintaining internal reporting control systems.

We're looking for a confident self-starter, with a couple of years of experience in a similar role - capable of working independently. Whilst we have a superb team who'll be on hand to support you - you'll need to be confident liaising and presenting to our senior management team including C-suite directors.

Previous experience as a Business Analyst – ideally with an understanding of the hospitality and restaurant industry would be a huge advantage. It goes without saying you will have advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, financial modelling and macros). Experience with SQL and Tableau is also desirable although there is an opportunity to be trained and developed in this area.

What you'll get in return

  • Exceptional opportunity for personal training and development in line with our growth – including study support towards a suitable finance qualification
  • 40% Food and Beverage discount across our business
  • An excellent company culture with regular team socials
  • Flexible working wherever possible
