Lush Northampton are looking for Sales Assistants to join our team on
4-hour contracts. Lush is changing the face of the cosmetics industry. We make our products by hand using fresh, organically
produced vegetarian and vegan ingredients and win awards for our customer service. This is an opportunity to start your Lush career with us as part of our sales team!
What we're looking for:
Our team of Sales Assistants are at the front of the business, creating excellent experiences for all of our customers in every moment. Sales Assistants bring a positive, upbeat energy to the shop floor, always connecting with our customers and giving them tours of all our fantastic products. With in-depth knowledge of our products and ingredients, Sales Assistants share relevant information while representing our Lush ethics and values. Lush Sales Assistants work hard and have fun, while demonstrating our products and creating an exciting, engaging atmosphere!
Our ideal candidates will be customer focused with a motivated, positive attitude. They will be organised and observant, ready to meet the needs of every customer.
Flexibility with your working hours is essential.

We'd also like to know about your weekly availability. We expect applicants to have flexible availability, including being able to work at least one weekend day.
If you are successful, the next stage of the recruitment process will be a telephone interview on either Wednesday 11th August or Friday 13th August. Successful candidates will then be invited to a Shopfloor trial shift and one-to-one interview during week commencing 16th August.
