Project and Business Analyst

As the Project and Business Analyst, you will be a key member of the Business Change Team, which as part of the IT Department, has responsibility for the successful delivery of all IT and many other projects with wide organisational impact.

Your responsibilities will be to provide effective project management and business analysis on assigned projects using the agreed St Mungo’s project management approach. You will lead projects including on research, development, implementation and use of different techniques, tools, processes and systems to manage and deliver organisational projects and change initiatives. You will be also be responsible for disseminating project management knowledge throughout the organisation.    

To succeed you will be a skilled organiser of complex tasks, able to manage resources and influence project teams to ensure successful implementation. You will have a strong attention to detail and effective analytical and problem solving skills which enable you to thrive in a constantly changing environment.

In return, we offer a range of benefits including a 6% pension contribution and generous and very popular flexi-time scheme enabling you to balance your work and home life, vary your start and finish times each day and accrue additional days off work to supplement your 25 days annual holiday. We would also be open to considering a compressed hours arrangement (37.5 hours worked over 4 days) if that is desired by the candidate.
