Milton Keynes College are looking for proactive and efficient administrator to support our Inclusive Learning team.
We are looking for customer service orientated and motivated individuals to support with effective administration processes and demands. You will support both students and our curriculum teams by assisting with the overall workload of administrative tasks.
While experience working with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), and familiarity with Education Health and Care Plans (EHCP) is preferred, it is not essential as full training will be provided.
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for a range of tasks using internal software and Microsoft Office packages. Your responsibilities will include enrolments, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining registers and timetables and implementing a variety of administrative systems for students and staff.
It’s important that you can work efficiently, offer a high level of customer service and be willing and able to offer general administrative support to meet expectations. With the support of your colleagues, you will play a key role at the College and help to ensure a smooth, highly efficient operation assisting with general workloads.
