We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and driven HR Advisor to join our team!

Your key areas of responsibility will be:

  • Liaise closely with the HR Business Partner, Director of Talent and Culture and your business area to support the HR People Strategy and initiatives that result from this.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key leaders in each business area.
  • Working with line managers to support them with the management of the full employee life cycle. Including (but not limited to) the talent management processes (resourcing, succession planning, talent development reviews etc.), employee relations and performance management. 
  • Manage (and implement where necessary) HR policies and processes throughout the business, ensuring legislation compliance.
  • Building staff relationships, responding to any queries and issues raised in a timely manner, whilst managing their expectations.
  • Dealing with various HR, payroll, and pension queries consistently.
  • Actively support and promote effective internal and external communication via the Beekeeper tool, social media, and promotional campaigns
  • Be data driven - Manage & report on all function metrics, ensuring compliance and good linkage with other relative metrics

What you will need to succeed:

  • Sound experience in all HR generalist functions.
  • CIPD qualified.
  • Experience of working in a busy, customer focused manufacturing organisation.
  • The ability to work independently, to be self-driven and able to set and monitor own goals.
  • Able to lead and influence change.
  • Proactive in reaching out to others to drive change and implement actions.
  • Maintain and store sensitive and confidential employee information in a secure manner in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations
  • Be curious, having the ability to question and challenge.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Highly organised and effective prioritisation skills.
  • Positivity, determination and resilience.
