You are invited to apply for the post of People Partner at Royal Museums Greenwich. The post holder will be reporting to the Deputy Head of People & Culture.
You will be expected to deliver high quality, inclusive, problem solving, and people focused HR service to all Royal Museums Greenwich manages and staff, including employee relations advice and support. Implementing employee wellbeing and diversity & inclusion and managing the RMG employee life cycle in collaboration with the rest of the People &Culture team is a focus of the role. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a generalist advisory HR role or HR team, providing added value and reactive and proactive HR support, experience or awareness of case work, absence management, including advising on reasonable adjustments and promotion of wellbeing, strong understanding of GDPR and experience with iTrent or other HRIS systems. Additionally, being CIPD qualified/working towards and an experience and interested in training & development presenting would be desirable. The full person specification can be found attached above.

The core weekly net hours of work for this post are 36, working 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, one additional hour to be worked in agreement with line management.
