JOB PURPOSE
For you, this opportunity will help you gain valuable experience and skills across a wide variety of Business Development projects, whilst being supported by Business Development colleagues and key stakeholders globally.
For us, this role will predominantly support the administrative aspects of our Strategic Business Development projects, Acquisitions and will contribute to many aspects of the divisional strategic agenda. You will be responsible for assisting the Senior Leadership Team to deliver a wide range of value-add projects as well as managing our transactional processes effectively.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Strategic Business Development Administration and Support
- Support all aspects of BD administration in the team.
- Support the SLT to deliver key projects and deadlines.
- Track progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projects in line with our ambitious Business Development strategy.
- Prepare Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents as well as policies and procedures
- Help build and maintain our Strategic Business Development compliance and tracking documents.
- Provide extra support to Business Development activities globally at peaks times.
Develop and Maintain Business Development Compliance Knowledge
- Begin to develop a current knowledge of compliance and good practice.
- Keep up to date with new developments in the market using our various tools and resources as well as seeking colleague coaching and support.
Pursue an attitude of Learning and Development
- Attends seminars and meetings relative to the BD profession and our key market sectors.
- Cultivate interpersonal skills
