We are seeking a Reward Analyst to provide reward and compensation analysis supporting all reward activities, including the annual pay and bonus review.
Providing reward and compensation advice and expertise, the Reward Analyst will support benchmarking and salary survey exercises, modelling and reporting. Working within a small reward team in the HR department this role will also support a number of HR projects.
This is a part time, fixed term post for 9 months to cover a period of maternity leave.
