37.5hrs per week

We are seeking a Supporter Care Administrator to join our fundraising team and be responsible for supporter donations and enquiries, updating of the supporter database, and supporting the efforts of the whole fundraising team.

You will also be the first key point of contact for donors to our organisation; responding to supporter contact within the team via telephone, email and in writing. Other responsibilities include ensuring that our Raiser’s Edge database is up to date; recording donations, thanking supporters and importing data.

To be successful, you will ideally have experience of gift administration in the voluntary sector; with exposure to donation processing and communicating with supporters. You will also have experience of administrative systems and procedures and of using Raisers Edge (or another fundraising database). The ability to communicate clearly, effectively and in a friendly and professional manner are also required. As is, exceptional attention to detail skills and an eye for quality.
