The Assertive Contact & Engagement (ACE) Service is an exciting venture by St Mungo’s within Bristol Mental Health services, working with people with mental health needs who are not actively engaged with other mental health services. The service operates across Bristol, running a variety of services including therapy and drop-ins from three hubs as well as community outreach.
As part of the management team, the Deputy will have a have a key role in ensuring the ACE team provide a quality service, particularly to hidden and neglected groups and individuals. This will include staff supervision and performance management, effective multi-agency working, promoting a client’s rights and involvement and information management across the service.
We are looking for someone with experience delivering high quality outcome focused services and who has a passion for supporting people in a positive, individual manner to sustain their recovery. We also welcome and encourage applications from people with lived experience of mental health issues and/or services.
You will need to be able to work flexibly and have a clean driving licence.
