We have an exciting administrative opportunity in our new team Street Impact Bristol.

The Social Impact Bond (SIB) project, Street Impact Bristol, works with approximately 125 rough sleeping clients across Bristol to secure sustainable outcomes. These are in the following areas:

  • Sustaining accommodation  
  • Improving health and wellbeing
  • Engaging with and sustaining formal treatment for those who have substance misuse needs
  • Engaging with and sustaining employment and education opportunities, including volunteering.

You will be responsible for providing a professional and high quality customer service to clients, the community, outreach teams, internal departments and external organisations. You will also develop and maintain effective I.T systems and reporting and communication processes. Other responsibilities include producing statistical reports for senior management, commissioners, investors and board members.

We are looking for someone who has demonstrable experience of supporting administrative functions and an understanding of working with vulnerable people. You will also have strong interpersonal skills and confidence in building and maintaining relationships. The ability to produce reports is also essential.

The post holder would be expected to travel around Bristol in this role.
