Join us as a Sous Chef at the legendary Royal Albert Hall!

Managed by Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, the Royal Albert Hall operation consists of 3 restaurants, 14 bars, 1 retail outlet, 147 hospitality boxes and events for up to 2000 people.

Critically acclaimed chef Eric Chavot brings his gastronomic expertise to Coda Restaurant at the Royal Albert Hall, with a menu of seasonal dishes inspired by his love of traditional French cooking.

The Sous Chef will be working within a talented team of 6, and will need to be strong enough to run the operation in the Head Chef’s absence. 

The ideal Sous Chef will have previous experience within a quality operation, whether in a fine dining restaurant or 5* hotel. More importantly, you should be an excellent team player with a strong foundation of leadership skills and commit to sharing your knowledge and skills with our team.
