The V&A is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced IT Support Analyst to join our IT department. This is an exciting time to join the team, technology is integral to the operation of the V&A and plays a fundamental role in enabling the Museum to achieve its strategic objectives. The V&A IT team is responsible for supporting V&A technology, ensuring key technology services are delivered in line with Business requirements.
The IT Support Analyst is responsible for providing first line support via telephone, e-mail, self-support and face to face to internal V&A customers on various technologies in use within the V&A including user account administration and permissions, Windows desktops/laptops/tablets, mobile devices, macOS desktops/laptops, Microsoft Office application suite, Office 365 e-mail and other V&A applications both within public and non-public spaces. The IT Support Analyst may also be required to support various projects/works within the V&A IT Department as requested by the relevant manager.
The IT Support Analyst will be part of a team of three providing support between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday (additional support between 08:00-09:00 and 17:00-18:00 weekdays is provided by the second line team).
