Director of Secondary Curriculum and Pedagogy 

L15-20 (£59,581- £67,364 FTE) 

Full time, Permanent - 32.5 hours per week 

Start date: September 2021

Boudica Schools Trust is a vibrant, forward thinking, research informed learning community with a range of school types across Norwich and East Norfolk. This is an exciting time for our Trust as we look to further grow and develop.

We are looking to recruit an exceptional secondary leader to our Central Education Team.

The Key Purpose

To be a key member of the Central Education Team and ensure the Trust is able  to provide creative, high-quality education to the children in the communities where we are based. To achieve the very best outcomes for children within an aspirational and supportive environment; to enable our children to move onto the next stage of education or employment with all the skills and knowledge they need.

The successful candidate will also:

  • Work closely with our secondary schools and our two SEMH specialist academies to provide support, development and implementation of the Teaching and Learning Cycle.

  • Work alongside the other members of the Central Education Team to provide CPD and professional study opportunities for Boudica Schools Trust staff and beyond.

  • Be able to work at pace in an agile manner, with ability to flex and adapt leadership style whilst providing certainty, security and clear direction.

  • Have a commitment to inclusion in all its forms.
