Trust Estates Manager

Salary: Scale K £35,745 - £39,880

Full time, 37 hours per week

We are seeking a reliable, dynamic and responsible person to work as Trust Estates Manager to take responsibility for the overall health and safety management and maintenance of the Trust Estates. There will also be a need to effectively support, guide and assist the Principals in the strategic management of the sites and buildings through the administration, supervision and monitoring of compliance standards. The role holder will also act as technical advice and support to the two Area Estates Manages who provide support to our schools.In addition to act as the Area Estates Manager directly supporting one or more sites within the Trust.

The successful candidate will  manage the safety and security of all sites  and ensure that all legislative requirements and policies are fully implemented.

This ideal candidate will be able to manage the priorities of the role to ensure that the Trust sites are effectively supported.
