Role: Senior Support Worker (Willow Court)
Location: Mirfield, WF14 0DQ
Salary: £11.56/hr
Hours: 37.5hrs per week, including alternate weekend working.
Shifts: Early shifts: 7am - 2:30pm, and Late shifts: 2pm - 9:30pm. Longer shifts also available.

Willow Court is a 19-bed residential and nursing home for Adults with Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, and complex needs. The senior team at Willow Court work alongside Nurses, HCAs, and Therapy staff to ensure a high level of quality, person-centred care is provided every day. 

As a senior support worker, you will be responsible for conduction staff supervisions, organising training for staff, planning the rota with the manager and deputy manager, administering and auditing of medications, and ensuring care plans and other paperwork is up to date and completed to a high standard.
