The EBU is offering two 6-months internship within Eurovision Sport

ABOUT EUROVISION SPORT


Eurovision Sport is the most trusted and well-established media partner for international sport federations and event organizers seeking the widest audience reach across Europe and worldwide.

Eurovision Sport exploits, manages, and commercially develops the acquisition and selling of sports rights (for all platforms including radio) and provides other high-quality services.

Depending on the applicant’s skillset and interests – tasks can include:

  • Supporting Eurovision Sport Managers and staff in the management of sports rights contracts:
    • Updating contractual information in relevant systems, related to acquisitions and sales of sports rights
    • Distributing official documents linked to contracts
    • Securing the alignment & servicing of contracts
  • Managing and monitoring financial flows linked to Sports Rights contracts:
    •  Tracking and overseeing invoices and payments for sports rights contracts
  • Executing accounting procedures as required and keeping track of contractual commitments
  • Based on demand: collecting, compiling and analyzing data for complex as well as routine reports.
  • Assisting in initiatives and ongoing projects related to digital development and sport platforms
  • Performing a variety of complex and confidential support duties
  • Assisting with acquisitions projects and business development processes
  • Managing information and correspondences and independently responding to letters and inquiries
  • Creating and preparing senior level (ppt.) presentations.
  • Serving as the support liaison with other units within the Eurovision Sport department
  • Performing special projects and taking on extra assignments as directed and needed by Eurovision Sport Managers
  • Making sure Eurovision Sport data is up to date within various corporate systems and aligned with all corporate guidelines

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  •  Excellent verbal communications skills in English or French, and fluent in English or French as a second language
  •  Good team player with an innovative, creative, and data-driven approach to work.
  •  Excellent attention to detail and a high motivation to learn
  •  Proactive, service-focused attitude towards Members, partners and the teams
  •  Grace under pressure and a resilience in the face of challenges
  •  Ability to prioritize work and complete tasks with quick turnaround times and minimal fuss

EDUCATION - Bachelor’s degree: Communication, Sports –an internship agreement is required
