At Lush Global Digital we lead the digital strategy and development of apps and websites. Developers of all disciplines are responsible for delivering software and services that meet the needs of the company as a global cosmetics retailer and spa. We are currently looking for Digital Designers to help us build a digital visual language for various established brand assets.

This is an opportunity to be part of that. We are looking for someone to lead and evolve the creative direction for the digital aspect of the brand. Coordinating with the Creative Lead, we are looking for Digital Designers with a broad range of work from developing original design concepts to hands-on iteration/development. It’s an amazing opportunity to nurture the brand's attitude into an adoptable tool-kit across the touchpoints of the business. 

We’d love it if you have experience of: 

• Previous experience of working in an agency environment
• Leading projects from start to end
• Working across touchpoints (digital through to physical)
• Designing from bottom-up modular design systems with creative flair
• Stakeholder communications, talking through the concepts and thinking

Key requirements:

• Strong Adobe CS, Figma/Sketch/XD skills. 
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Experience working with developers
• Creative flair
• UX Design experience  
• Excellent communication skills
• Have 5+ years of experience as an established digital designer
