Essential Roles and Responsibilities
The overall purpose of this role is to support the project services team in delivering IT hosting and Cloud migration projects for external customers. The PMO Administrator will provide a wide variety of administration activities to help the Hybrid cloud department deliver its strategic programmes.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:
  • Support Project managers with planning large migrations rollouts
  • Point of contact for project service queries and requests
  • Provide project reporting and updates
  • Schedule meetings and resources
  • Produce meeting agendas and meeting minutes
  • Assist with the set up and closure of projects
  • Apply for partner funding
  • Holiday cover for resource management
  • Update orders in Messina for Hosting projects
  • Manage small adhoc Hosting projects
  • Kimble project administration including timesheet approvals, new project set ups, overburn management and reporting
  • Ensure documentation is stored in relevant folders
  • Assist management with adhoc reporting
  • Assist with group audits and reporting
  • Project administration activities
  • Assist with onboarding into support process

Essential
  • Experience dealing with customers
  • Experience supporting/managing projects
  • Excellent prioritizing and planning skills
  • Diligence and attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly and absorb ongoing training
  • Strong communicator and listener
  • Ability to work well under own initiative and pressure.
  • Minimum requirements GSCE maths and English
  • High level of data entry with excellent accuracy levels
  • Customer service focused
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
