Restaurant Manager

• Corporate Hospitality within an International Law Firm
• Up to £40,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our growing team at Rhubarb Hospitality Collection.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee a multi-outlet operation and work closely with the leadership team, sharing accountability for managing, hiring, training & developing a team of around 15 serving a contemporary food offer.

Who are we looking for?

Ideally, you will have cut your teeth in good quality restaurants but will have some knowledge of the corporate B&I world – experience in another City site would be a huge advantage but not essential. 

Tenacity, excellent communication skills and a love of food and drink are essential.
