A fantastic opportunity has arisen at The Devonshire Fell Hotel, for Serving Staff looking to earn money, working in a job that can be flexible to fit around your own personal commitments.

You will receive discretionary service charge and tips that can increase your hourly rate by up to £1.54 on average. A full time employee will receive around £3,200 per year in service charge and tips alone.

Working in a busy 4 AA Star Boutique Hotel that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, you will serve our guests in a friendly and professional manner, and become knowledgeable of our menus.

Your duties will be varied and will include food and bar service (bar service only if you are over 18), clearing tables, cleaning the restaurant, assisting at private weddings and events and offering a level of service that is second to none. You will be part of a tightknit, friendly team that is very hands on. The role will give the successful candidate great, wide ranging experience in the hospitality business.

The Hotel itself is situated in the quiet backwater of Burnsall, which is in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales.

Any formal qualifications such as an apprenticeship or an NVQ would be advantageous.
