As the Handyman/woman, you will be responsible to carry out general duties on site for example, all minor repairs and small works. This person needs to be flexible in working hours and a valid driving licence may help but is not essential.

It is important that applicants possess a good variety of property maintenance skills as you will be assigned a variety of jobs to do, including:

• Clearing or cleaning general areas
• Putting up furniture
• Clearing gutters
