Nursery Financial Administrator Vacancy working with our Cheltenham Nurseries!


Hours of Work: 20 hours per week (10 hours at Wellington Road and 10 hours at Prestbury Road)


Fixed Term Contract Until December 2018

We can’t do this without you, so we’re looking for a Nursery Financial Administrator who shares our values to join our friendly team at our nursery in Cheltenham.  You will have previous administration experience, preferably gained in a school or nursery. 
  
Key responsibilities: 
  • Providing first class administrative support and personal assistance to the Nursery Manager
  • Ensure the efficiency of the day to day running of the nursery
  • Ensure that each of the financial data and records are accurate and up to date at all times
  • Follow the company’s policies and procedures, whilst at all times complying with data protection legislation.

You need:
  • Experience of working independently and confidently
  • Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of invoicing and credit control
  • Experience of working with accounts software
