The IT Support Analyst is part of a team of three responsible for providing 1st line support. It is on a shift-based rota between 08:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday via telephone, e-mail, self-support, and face to face for internal V&A customers. It will be on various technologies in use within the V&A including Windows/Apple desktop and mobile systems, the MS Office suite and other internal systems along with Active Directory and Office 365 administration.
The IT Support Analyst may also be requested to support various projects/works within the V&A IT Department as required. This role will be based at South Kensington.
