This role will be focused on the project management of all multisite requirements for our core technology services, products and infrastructure. You will be responsible for the overall plan for all multisite requirements, the review of the business requirements, the identifying and managing of cross-product dependencies, the implementation of any changes, overseeing testing, training of end users in the new business processes, and handover of the solution to the Technology department support teams and relevant stakeholders.
The role includes scoping, planning, executing, and monitoring the time, cost, and quality aspects of projects, and working on dependencies between the museum’s overall programme for multisite.
You will need to work with all Technology areas for your deliverables, including Infrastructure, Service Desk, Application Support, Reporting and Product Management, the Digital Media team for multisite dependencies and handoffs relating to their technology estate (website, CMS), as well as a significant number of museum stakeholders.
You will need to show that you have successfully delivered complex system integration projects.
