Poised on level 37 of the iconic Sky Garden, Fenchurch Restaurant showcases RHC’s commitment to delivering culinary excellence and impeccable service.

In acknowledgement of our ambition, Fenchurch has been awarded two AA rosettes as well as the Best of Award of Excellence 2019 from the Wine Spectator Awards.

We are now looking for a Floor Manager to come and be part of the incredible team.

You will work closely with the Management team, sharing accountability for managing, hiring, training & developing our team of more than 20 members.

The Floor Manager will be very service and customer focused, be hands on, charismatic and an inspirational team player that can set the example to our team.

The ideal candidate would be a proven Assistant Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager / Senior Floor Manager from a similar fine dining environment – either within restaurants or hotels – but ideally from a venue that holds accolades such as rosettes or Michelin stars.
