Contract:                 Term-Time, Permanent

Salary:                    £28,999 inclusive of holiday pay

Hours:                     33 weeks per year term time, plus 3 weeks non term time, with an additional 5 weeks holiday lets, as well as functions

This role is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of high-quality meals for both Pupils and Staff. As a Chef de Partie you will work closely with both the Head and Sous Chefs to enhancing the pupil’s daily meal experience as well as working on many functions throughout the year where the very highest quality of food is required to promote the college.

You will work around the different sections of the kitchen always with a view of how to excite the tastes of everyone we are cooking for while promoting good wholesome nutritious food. This is a position of responsibility with an expectation that you can make a difference.

The catering department is very well equipped, and the catering team take pride in seeking new ideas of how best to vary customer choice, continue to promote ‘healthy eating’ for all and add value to the customer service ethos.

The closing date for this role is Sunday 5th May 2024 with interviews taking place on Tuesday 14th May. The college reserves the right to close the role early.
