Job Title: Governance Officer
Location: Dundee, Perth or West Dunbartonshire
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Salary: £32,118 - £36,603 per annum

Role Profile:
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Governance Team. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to fill the post of Governance Officer. The post holder will have a broad and varied remit and be responsible for providing corporate management support within the Governance function, to the Executive Management Team, Governing Bodies and across the Group.
Your significant practical experience will provide you with considerable knowledge in the areas of regulation and compliance, information management, risk management and equalities and diversity. Duties include assisting with the review and development of policies and systems in these areas, responding to information requests and compiling and submitting statutory returns.
Previous experience of undertaking casework or complaints handling in the public sector will be an advantage as you work closely with the Governance Manager to investigate and respond to complex complaints.
Attention to detail is a must and you will have a track record of working with a high degree of accuracy in a deadline driven environment.
