Salary: Scale D (£19,312 to £19,696 per annum)
Full-time, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

We have a great opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our Central Services Team to provide excellent generalist administrative support of a high standard. Working as part of the HR and Payroll team operating in an efficient, professional and effective manner.
The main responsibility of the HR Administrator will be to undertake all general administration to the highest possible standards, including but not limited to issuing contract variations, updating databases, taking minutes at meetings, providing general assistance with HR correspondence, ensuring exceptional attention to detail in all activities, undertaking any other duties of an administrative nature.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Good numeracy and literacy skills/GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English
- Proficient with Microsoft and Google
- Fully competent at using ICT
- Confident with issuing offer letters and terms and conditions of employment
- Able to build good working relationships
- Able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken
- Excellent attention to detail
