HR Business Partner

Full time all year round

We are looking to appoint an experienced HR Business partner to join our central team. You will be professionally qualified  to CIPD standard or have significant experience ideally in the Education sector. This role is a key part of the central team supporting our colleagues across the Trust. The HR Partner acts a key contact with the school and colleagues on a day to day basis, offering support the Principal to manage the HR issues arising within the school. Our schools are based across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire so a full driving licence and use of a car are essential

HR Partners also contribute to best practice development across the Trust, positioning the Trust as an employer of choice, and advising on issues as they arise.
