We are a premium international hospitality group with over 25 years’ experience. We manage and run Sky Garden which houses two restaurants; Darwin Brasserie and Fenchurch, and two bars. We have two restaurants in the iconic Hudson Yards NYC and an events business in New York. We cater for over 600 fabulous private events a year. Alongside all of this we also proudly manage the hospitality catering for Royal Ascot Racing Club and the Royal Albert Hall.

Our business is expanding and our latest project 22 Bishopsgate, is due to open soon. 22 Bishopsgate is a new type of workplace designed specifically to benefit and support a diverse, connected community.

Occupying the communal spaces across the 2nd floor of 22 Bishopsgate, RHC will solely manage The Market. This space includes a restaurant and adjoining terrace, a modern wine bar, as well as a selection of food and drink offerings in street-food style kiosks. The 450-cover space will also house an events and cultural area supporting a dynamic programme of talks, music and private events.

We are recruiting for the following roles: 

Food & Beverage Cost Controller:

  • As F&B Cost Controller you will be fully responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the food and beverage purchasing, stock handling/holding, logistics and cost control of these as well as the general maintenance of the EPOS systems. You will assist senior management in the development of consistent and standardised food and beverage cost control methods and provide an efficient receiving system for all inventory kitchen food /chemical / consumable items
  • Work closely with both IT, Finance and Culinary teams to ensure the solution is working end to end.
  • This role will be based full time at 22 Bishopsgate but might potentially be 1 day at Burr Road from time to time to attend group wide meetings.

The ideal candidate would have previous experience within a similar role as well as the following:

  • Full eligibility to work in the UK
  • Proven experience in managing high volume and quality-led restaurants and bars cost centres
  • Solid commercial skills and a good understanding of Microsoft office. Knowledge of ADACO, Fourth Hospitality , micros and/ Aloha would be desired.
  • Have an excellent level of spoken and written English and strong communication skills
