Head Waiter We're looking for an experienced restaurant supervisor or an experienced waiter/waitress looking to further their career, to join our friendly and dedicated team. In our immersive experience, we offer a unique style of dining and would need our next head waiter to coordinate the staff and service within their section to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery. As a head waiter, you would be working closely with senior management to drive our standards, encouraging your team to always give the best customer service and supervising your section. This will also include training staff members in the operations and encouraging an upsurge in sales, often participating in staff training days.
Main duties: - Operational delivery and sales
- People management
- Training and Operations Procedures
- Equipment and stock control
- Communication structure
What we expect from you: - A minimum of 2 years hospitality experience
- An approachable and friendly manner
- Knowledge of till systems and be experience in closing down procedures
- Have proven ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- An eye for detail
- Evening and weekend availability
Schedule: Must be flexible between Wednesday and Sunday. Often late finishes, approx. 12:30am. RHC is for everyone.
