This is an exciting time to join Caledonia Housing Association.

We have launched our ambitious programme of business transformation, and need a dynamic, resilient problem-solver to join the IT team that will deliver the ‘digital revolution’ that is critical for success.

You will be highly motivated by change, love working at pace and delivering real results. You will also have talent for communicating complex concepts and systems in a meaningful way to a non-technical audience, and a flair for simplifying and streamlining workflows and processes.

Your background will be in managing data and databases (ideally SQL literate). We’re looking for an individual that will help us implement integrated digital solutions for both internal users and a large customer base. A good understanding of UX/UI design and cloud / remote / mobile systems would be an advantage, as would experience of working on transformation or business improvement projects, particularly at scale across locations and systems.

A background in Social Housing is not required, and now is a great time to join the sector. Social Housing offers a uniquely rewarding career where you will be helping to make a real, positive difference to lives and communities.

If this sounds like you and you would like to apply for this opportunity we would like to hear from you.

Closing date for completed applications is 4pm on Friday 18th January 2019

Please note CV’s cannot be accepted.

Interviews will take place w/c 28 January 2019.

Caledonia strives to be an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all sectors of the community.
