To help us on this journey, we are looking for a Data Analyst to be part of our Research and Insight team.
As a Data Analyst, you will have a passion for numbers with strong analytical skills. You will use data to provide insight to drive business performance, identify trends and create accessible, inviting dashboards and reports to help us make evidence-based decisions.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Aggregating data from multiple sources to improve automated reporting.
- Developing and maintaining dashboards to make data accessible across the business.
- Provide data analytics and actionable insight through regular reports on our customer base and the wider cycling market.
- Manage ad-hoc data requests from all levels within the organisation and external stakeholders.
We are looking for someone that has previously worked in a Data Analyst or
Business Data Analyst role with recent experience working in combining multiple data sources and analysing complex data.
You will be an advanced user of Excel with experience in data visualisation, qualitative and quantitative analytics. You’ll have strong experience of working with business intelligence platforms such as Power BI/Tableau and have knowledge of using statistical packages for analysing data sets.
Are you a logical thinker, a problem solver with proven analytical skills in evaluation, analysis, visualisation and excellent attention to detail?
Are you comfortable working on your own initiative, planning and prioritising your own work effectively, anticipating issues, manging ambiguity and making sound judgements on operational matters?
Do you have excellent communication skills with the ability to translate and apply complex analysis to business needs and direction? Can you translate analytical output into real-world recommendations and establish consensus across teams and organisations?
