Milton Keynes College are looking for a Communication Executive to join our Offender Learning marketing team based at the Chaffron Way campus.
As a Communications Executive, you will work to highlight the transformational work undertaken by our education staff in prisons, influencing key industry stakeholders and building our reputation as the market leader for learning in prisons.
At the same time, you will manage internal communications, sharing good news stories and supporting events to contribute towards building an internal community across our prisons nationally. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills verbally and written with and will be confident writing strong, engaging content about Offender Learning for multiple audiences.

As a successful candidate you will:
- Hold GCSE English Grade C minimum (or equivalent)
- Hold a qualification in IT and Mathematics.
- CIM, IDM or other marketing qualification (desired)
- A range of experience in a communications or marketing environment
- Experience managing people or campaigns
- Have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong proof reading skills.
- Ability to write strong, engaging content for multiple audiences
- Show accuracy and precision in written presentation.
Location: Milton Keynes College, Chaffron Way Campus
Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Salary: Circa £28,000 per annum
